IT Support Specialist



We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and onsite. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues, as well as provide guidance and training to users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Perform regular maintenance on computers, printers, and other equipment
- Train users on basic computer functions and software applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any problems that arise
- Keep accurate records of all support activities in our ticketing system

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components (e.g. processors, RAM)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems (7/10)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP protocols)
- Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g. TeamViewer)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to continuously learn about new technologies

Salary: 1700$

Location: Porto (with free visa and ticket)
