Industrial Architect - Part Time



We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This part time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design industrial buildings that meet their requirements
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the building is constructed according to the design and specifications
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
