Administrative Assistant for Indian Nationals in Dukhan
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
