Junior Architectural Technologist
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan


We are hiring a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the design and construction process by creating detailed technical drawings and models. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain valuable experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and other team members to develop design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Produce 3D models and renderings to assist with visualizing designs
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Attend project meetings and provide input on technical aspects of the design process
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur, Pakistan. The candidate must be willing to work on-site at our office location.

Experience:
This position is open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates with limited experience. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about architecture and eager to learn.
