Formworker - Lisbon, Portugal


As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating, constructing, and assembling temporary structures used in concrete construction. Your main tasks will include measuring and cutting materials, setting up forms, pouring concrete, and removing forms once the concrete has set.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Set up forms using various tools such as hammers, saws, and drills
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth it using hand tools or power tools
- Remove forms once the concrete has set
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their uses
- Ability to read technical blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong mathematical skills for measuring and calculating materials needed
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in formwork preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in formwork or related field
- Valid work visa for Portugal
