Land Surveyor


We are currently hiring for the position of Land Surveyor in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, elevations, and other geographical features. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 USD per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Collect data on land features and create detailed maps and reports
- Analyze survey data and prepare plans for construction projects
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
- Work with other professionals such as engineers and architects to develop project plans
- Keep detailed records of survey data and maintain equipment
- Adhere to safety procedures while working in the field

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor is required
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret maps, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Experience working on construction projects or with engineering teams
- Proficiency in CAD software or GIS applications
