Senior Architect - Urban Planning

As a Senior Architect for Urban Planning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to design and improve urban environments. You will work closely with city officials and community members to understand their needs and create sustainable solutions. You must have a strong understanding of architectural principles, urban design concepts, and building codes. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be presenting your plans to stakeholders and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, landscape architects, and construction managers. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, urban planning or a related field. The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location: Eschen, a small town located in the heart of Europe, offers a peaceful yet culturally vibrant environment with easy access to major cities such as Zurich and Munich. English is widely spoken in Eschen making it an ideal location for non-native English speakers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or urban planning
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, urban design concepts, and building codes
- Experience working with city officials and community members
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to improve urban environments while considering economic, social, cultural, and environmental factors
- Collaborate with city officials and community members to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design plans
- Present design proposals to stakeholders through visual aids such as drawings, models, or computer simulations
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during all stages of the project
- Coordinate with other professionals such as engineers, landscape architects, and construction managers to ensure the successful execution of the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
