We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee and monitor the progress of construction work on-site
- Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards and within agreed timelines
- Manage project documentation and contracts
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month with accommodation provided.
