Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records, including employee files, financial documents, and office supplies inventory
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for management team
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence as needed
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Monitor and update company social media accounts
- Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and supply ordering
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle travel arrangements for employees including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Must be willing to relocate to La-Condamine if not already residing there
Salary: 1200$ per month
