Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business and revenue through developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify and build relationships with key accounts such as corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other sales tactics
- Conduct hotel tours and presentations to potential clients
- Respond to client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and handle all aspects of the sales process
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent service delivery for clients
- Monitor market trends and competitorsβ activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce is preferred
