Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients and leads
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategy accordingly
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance levels
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Experience in creating and implementing successful sales strategies
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Flexibility in working hours as this role may require some evenings or weekends
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, as well as commission on achieved targets. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. This is a full-time position with own visa sponsorship.
