We are currently hiring for the position of Barber in our busy and bustling salon located in the heart of New York City. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our male clientele. The ideal candidate will have a passion for men's grooming, excellent customer service skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to determine their desired haircut or style
- Provide haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services according to client preferences
- Recommend hair care products and provide styling tips to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use
- Keep up-to-date on current trends and techniques in men's grooming

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barber preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
