Head Chef


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency in our dishes. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to showcase their skills and lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that align with our restaurant's concept and appeal to our diverse clientele
- Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure quality standards are met
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies accordingly to minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with health code standards
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
- Continuously research new techniques, ingredients, and recipes to keep the menu fresh and innovative
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints related to food quality or service promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant
- Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Pakistani dishes is required
- Ability to manage food costs, inventory levels, and labor expenses effectively
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

City:
This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Pakistani nationals but applicants from other countries are also welcome.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position as it involves communication with a diverse team and customers.
