We are a leading construction company in Mombasa looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to handle all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Manage project budget and provide cost analysis reports
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. We welcome applicants from Kenya as well as foreigners who have the necessary qualifications. No English language proficiency is required for this role.
