Office Manager in Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and orders are placed when needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Supervise and train administrative staff
- Maintain employee records and handle payroll
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Coordinate with external vendors for office needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets and expenses preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Nizwa, Oman (Foreigners welcome)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 2 years minimum
Visa Sponsorship: Not available (Candidates must have their own visa)
Language Requirement: No English required, fluency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
