We are seeking an experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of tiles on various surfaces including floors, walls, and ceilings.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tilers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect work progress to ensure quality meets company standards
- Train new tilers on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Order necessary materials and equipment for each project
- Conduct site visits to assess project sites and plan the best approach for tiling installation
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the tiling process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tiler or in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing and supervising teams in the tiling industry
- Strong knowledge of different tile materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Valid driver's license
