Wedding Planner Assistant
City: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will assist in the planning and coordination of weddings in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with vendors to source and negotiate contracts, communicating with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life, and managing event timelines and budgets. You will also be responsible for conducting research on current wedding trends and staying up-to-date on industry developments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in event planning is preferred but not required. Fluency in English and a biometric passport are also preferred. This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1800$. Canadian nationality is preferred but not required.
