We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Manama. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing the staff to ensure a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers a salary of 900$ per month and does not include accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Ensure that high-quality standards are maintained for food, service, and cleanliness
- Train and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Create schedules for employees and manage their performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints effectively to ensure their satisfaction
- Work with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities to attract customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
