Housekeeper

A reputable hotel in Lom is seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong work ethic. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
- Ensure all public areas of the hotel are clean and presentable
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including replacing toiletries
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness standards
- Assist with other tasks as needed by the hotel staff

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in a hotel setting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques for different surfaces is preferred but not required
