Land Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for various construction, engineering, and development projects. You should have knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as strong mathematical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods and equipment, including GPS technology
- Analyze survey data to produce accurate measurements and maps
- Create detailed reports and drawings for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Verify existing property boundaries and identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Utilize CAD software to create digital maps and diagrams
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Adhere to safety regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other surveying tools
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing precise measurements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills for collaborating with colleagues
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
Split, Croatia. This is an English speaking job for Indian nationals with their own visa. Accommodation will not be provided.
