IT Support Specialist - Moscow, Russia


We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and server infrastructure. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Specialist
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network administration and server maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new computer systems for clients
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Keep track of customer issues and resolutions using help desk software
