Job Title: Crane Operator

We are in need of a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Gujrat. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the crane equipment, ensuring its safe and efficient use on various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the crane and other heavy machinery on construction sites
- Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure safe operation
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lifting and movement of materials
- Monitor load weight and make adjustments as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and complete necessary paperwork

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator certification/license
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience operating cranes preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
