Debt Collection Specialist

As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients. Your main duties will include contacting debtors to negotiate payment plans, monitoring overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate records of all communication and transactions.

As part of your role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy. You should also possess strong negotiation skills and be able to develop effective strategies for collecting outstanding debts.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in debt collection or a similar field. A background in finance or accounting would also be beneficial.

This position is based in Zagreb and is open to both local candidates and foreigners. However, proficiency in English is required as you will be communicating with clients from different countries.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$, as well as accommodation for our foreign employees. Please note that having a biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory.
