IT Support Specialist


We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal employees. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and system security. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Maintain network and system security
- Perform regular upgrades to hardware and software as needed
- Document all technical procedures for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends
