Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from concept design to project completion. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project team throughout all phases of the project
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications
- Oversee the selection and hiring of contractors and consultants
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans
- Manage project changes and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month, based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Utena. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Utena.

Nationality Requirement:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates with English speaking proficiency.
