Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain elevators in buildings throughout Eschen
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product
- Train and supervise apprentices on proper elevator installation techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience installing elevators
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness for manual labor involved in elevator installation
- Fluent in English or Nepali (or both)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
