A leading construction company in Sharjah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure the accuracy of designs and plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Analyze survey data and provide accurate measurements
- Create detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure the accuracy of designs and plans
- Provide guidance on land use regulations and zoning laws
- Identify potential construction issues or challenges through surveys
- Update project documentation with survey results
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper functioning
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and plans
- Good understanding of land use regulations and zoning laws
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit to perform site visits and work in outdoor environments
Salary: 1700$ per month
