Job Title: Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Dickirch. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs, conducting site surveys, creating 3D models and blueprints, and overseeing construction processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals and requirements
- Conduct site surveys to gather information on existing buildings or potential construction sites
- Create 3D models and blueprints using design software
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Oversee construction processes to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with visa sponsorship for all successful applicants.
