We are hiring a skilled Plumber to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You should have experience in both new construction and renovation projects, as well as the ability to read blueprints and follow building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide solutions
- Read blueprints and follow building codes to ensure proper installation
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as electricians and HVAC technicians
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber in new construction and renovation projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy pipes or equipment
- Good communication skills in English
- A valid biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Sharjah, UAE.

Nationality Preferences:
Preference will be given to Nepali candidates who are fluent in English.
