Executive Chef - Manama, Bahrain (Contract Position)

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, creating menus, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to our customers. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$, including accommodation.

Requirements:
- Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of international and local cuisines
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area according to health regulations
