Carpenter for Residential Construction Projects in Lom, Bulgaria


We are currently hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, including frameworks, partitions, joists, stairways, and other wooden structures.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine materials needed and dimensions of structure
- Measure, mark, and cut wood accurately to ensure proper fit
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings etc.
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures as needed
- Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the residential construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and building plans accurately
- Knowledge of various woodworking tools and equipment
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit with strong manual dexterity
- Valid visa status for working in Bulgaria (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Indian nationality preferred (not a strict requirement)
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience working as a carpenter while studying is a plus

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
