We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other system components on roofs or ground-mounted structures
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured and connected according to electrical codes and manufacturer specifications
- Perform basic electrical wiring for solar systems
- Conduct site surveys to determine best locations for solar panel placement
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar systems
- Keep up-to-date records of all installations and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- Prior experience in solar installation is required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for the USA

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Los Angeles (Indian candidates preferred)
