Industrial Alpinist - Shan, India


We are seeking skilled and determined individuals to join our team as Industrial Alpinists. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various industrial tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques. You will work on a variety of projects, including construction, maintenance, and inspections, in challenging environments.

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to work at heights
- Previous experience in industrial alpinism is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of rope access techniques and equipment
- Willingness to work in outdoor and unpredictable conditions
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English

Responsibilities:
- Conducting safety checks before beginning any work at height
- Setting up rope systems and ensuring proper anchoring
- Performing tasks such as painting, welding, cleaning, or repairs while suspended from ropes
- Inspecting equipment for any damages or defects
- Reporting any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed
