Junior Merchandiser
Location: Multan, Pakistan


Our company is currently seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting the senior merchandisers in all aspects of product development and production. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who are looking to start their career in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior merchandisers in product development and production processes
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met
- Track inventory levels and update stock records
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer demands
- Collaborate with design team to develop new product concepts
- Prepare purchase orders and negotiate prices with suppliers
- Participate in sample reviews and provide feedback on quality and design
- Attend trade shows and conduct competitive analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and printing techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
