Foundry Supervisor - Nakuru, Kenya


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Foundry Supervisor to oversee our foundry operations in Nakuru, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of foundry workers and ensuring all production targets are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a foundry setting and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the foundry production process
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Manage a team of foundry workers and ensure they are meeting production goals
- Train new employees on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Order necessary materials and supplies for the foundry
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foundry Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of foundry processes and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Nakuru, Kenya.

Preference:
This position is open to both Malayalees and Kenyans. Fluency in English is required.

Type:
This is a full-time position with potential for part-time work as needed.

Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a foundry setting is required.
