Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving user-generated content on online platforms
- Enforcing community guidelines and removing any inappropriate content or spam
- Responding to user inquiries and providing assistance as needed
- Identifying potential issues or conflicts within the community and taking appropriate action to resolve them
- Collaborating with other moderators to ensure consistency in moderating decisions

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication skills, both online and offline
- Attention to detail and ability to spot inappropriate content quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working with technology, including various social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a moderator or community manager is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with Indian culture and customs is preferred, but not required
