Hotel Sales Manager - Salalah


We are in search of a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue for the hotel. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts.

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present proposals and build strong relationships with clients. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you must be able to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials for sales initiatives
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month. Candidates from Canada or the Philippines are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
