We are a leading energy company in Split, Croatia and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Engineer to join our team. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining power systems and equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power plants.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining power systems and equipment
- Conducting tests and analyzing data to ensure optimal performance of power systems
- Troubleshooting any issues or breakdowns in equipment or systems
- Implementing maintenance procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of power plants
- Developing plans for new projects or upgrades to existing systems
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Power Engineer or similar role
- Proficient in using CAD software for design purposes
- Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
