Industrial Painter

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting various industrial surfaces, structures and equipment. You will use a variety of techniques and tools to ensure a high-quality finish that meets industry standards. This position is based in Osijek, Croatia and offers a competitive salary of 1200$. This is a part-time position, with no requirement for English proficiency or accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix paints and apply them using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed while working with paint products
- Review project specifications and follow instructions to achieve desired finish results
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition for future use
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure quality workmanship

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different paint types, application techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as standing for long periods of time, bending, lifting heavy objects etc.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional training or certification in painting or related field
- Experience working with industrial coatings such as epoxy or polyurethane paints
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery
