Machine Operator - Biometric Passport Production

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our biometric passport production machines. This is a full-time position and we welcome applicants of Indian nationality who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare machines for production runs
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Perform maintenance tasks on machines as needed
- Keep track of production output and report any discrepancies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in the production of biometric passports or similar documents
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining complex machinery
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus
