Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Developer to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a VR/AR Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing immersive experiences for our clients using the latest technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop VR/AR applications and experiences for various platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging virtual environments
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in VR/AR technology
- Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
- Optimize applications for different devices and platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality products
- Provide support for ongoing projects and maintenance of existing applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as Maya or Blender
- Familiarity with C# or C++ programming languages
- Knowledge of VR/AR development principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience with mobile VR/AR development
- Familiarity with web-based VR/AR development
- Knowledge of game design principles
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Funchal, Portugal (remote work may be considered)

This is a contract job with potential for extension.
