We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your strong technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in delivering successful projects that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and consultations with clients to understand their requirements and develop project plans
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Provide guidance on building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex design challenges
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle to address any issues or changes in requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong technical skills in building design, construction materials, and structural systems
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
