Sales Manager


We are in search of a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective product positioning and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferences:
We prefer candidates who have previous experience in the same industry or have a background in business or marketing. Fluency in Arabic is also preferred but not required. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Salary: $1600 per month with additional performance-based incentives.
