Online English Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English tutor to join our online teaching team. As an online English tutor, you will be responsible for providing engaging and interactive lessons to students of all ages and levels. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, so candidates must have the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one online English lessons with students from around the world
- Create lesson plans and materials based on individual student's needs and learning goals
- Use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to make lessons interesting and engaging
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Utilize online teaching tools and platforms effectively
- Keep track of student progress and communicate with parents or guardians when necessary
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (any nationality is welcome)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching English as a second language (online teaching experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students from different cultural backgrounds
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching English
- Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, headset, and webcam for conducting online lessons

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Online (Shan or any other city)
