English Tutor in Shan, China

We are hiring a qualified English Tutor to join our team in Shan, China. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and proficiency levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and previous experience in teaching or tutoring. This is a part-time position with the option for accommodation and visa sponsorship. Non-native speakers are welcome to apply.

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable)

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring
- Knowledge of effective teaching methods and techniques
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and understanding towards students of different ages and backgrounds

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
- Assess student's current level of proficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on student's learning goals and needs
- Incorporate interactive activities, games, and exercises into lessons to make learning enjoyable
- Provide regular progress reports to parents/guardians on student's performance
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student's progress and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and techniques through professional development opportunities
