Hotel Sales Manager



As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Eschen. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to drive business to the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively seek out potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the hotel's services and amenities
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and special packages with clients to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance against targets and develop action plans to address any gaps or areas of improvement
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's brand

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data to drive decision making
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
