Entry Level Merchandiser

As an Entry Level Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner in various retail stores in Lom. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship. No prior experience is required for this role, making it an ideal opportunity for newcomers to the city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays in accordance with company standards
- Ensure that all products are fully stocked and rotated to maintain freshness
- Collaborate with store managers to determine optimal product placement and display strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or issues to management
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are well-maintained and products are properly displayed
- Build strong relationships with store managers to promote our brand and increase sales
- Continuously seek out new merchandising opportunities to drive sales growth

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (French proficiency is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid work permit for Lom (visa sponsorship available)
