Concierge Representative
We are in search of a friendly and resourceful Concierge Representative to join our team in Mombasa. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance with various inquiries and requests. Your role will involve making reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions and activities, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Handle incoming calls and emails for reservations and inquiries
- Coordinate transportation services as per guest requests
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, events, and attractions
- Arrange tours and activities for guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work well under pressure
Compensation:
Salary: 1200$
