Heavy Equipment Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Shan, India. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials or perform construction tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to instructions and company policies
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret blueprints or construction plans to determine the best approach for the job
- Transport materials using heavy equipment from one location to another
- Load and unload materials from trucks using heavy equipment
- Monitor equipment operations and report any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor immediately
- Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times while operating equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in heavy equipment operation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or similar setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans
- Strong hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity for operating controls on heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety precautions for operating heavy equipment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position. Other benefits include free visa sponsorship, airfare ticket, and accommodation.
