Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Muharraq. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guest needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations to guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their dining experience and addressing any issues or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
